We deliver across Bangladesh from Dhaka.

Backorder items
Items shown as available on backorder are ordered in for you and need a 50% advance payment by bank transfer to Court Culture's bank account.
- Place your order as usual. It stays Pending until our team contacts you with the bank details.
- Send us your payment receipt. Once it's verified, your order moves to Advance Received – Processing.
- The remaining 50% is paid cash on delivery.
Shipping disclaimer: backorder items usually take up to 25 days from the date we receive your advance payment to be delivered. If your order includes both in-stock and backorder items, the 50% advance applies to the whole order and everything ships together.
Returns
Rackets: you can return a racket within 3 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition, with the tags and the handle wrap still on. Pre-owned rackets from the Marketplace can be returned within 3 days if they are not as described.
All other items (shoes, balls, bags, apparel and accessories) cannot be returned or refunded, so please check sizes and details before ordering.
