We want you to love your gear. This policy explains what can be returned, how to do it and how refunds work. Court Culture is an online store based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Rackets: 3-day returns

You can return a new racket within 3 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition, with the tags and the original handle wrap still on and all packaging and accessories included.

Rackets that have been played with, have a removed or replaced grip, or show scratches, chips or other signs of use cannot be returned.

All other items: no returns or refunds

Shoes, balls, bags, apparel, overgrips and other accessories cannot be returned or refunded. Please check sizes, colours and product details before you order, and message us if you are unsure.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

If we send you the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. This applies to every product, including items that are otherwise non-returnable.

Marketplace (pre-owned) items

Pre-owned rackets bought on the Court Culture Marketplace can be returned within 3 days of delivery if the racket is not as described in the listing. Other pre-owned items cannot be returned or refunded. Every Marketplace item is checked by Court Culture before delivery.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (+880 1912 869646) or through our contact page within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange collection or drop-off.
  3. Once we receive the item, we check it within 2 working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, or by bKash or bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, within 5–7 working days of the returned item passing inspection. Original delivery charges are refunded only if the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged or faulty item).

Discount codes such as WELCOME10 used on a returned order cannot be reused.

Backorders

Items marked Available on backorder are on their way to us. If you change your mind before a backorder item is shipped, contact us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
