Terms & Conditions - Court Culture

These terms apply to every purchase from Court Culture at courtculture.shop. Court Culture is an online-only store based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order using the methods available at checkout.

3. Delivery

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days, ৳80
Outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh): 4–5 days, ৳200

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch. We currently deliver within Bangladesh only. Items marked Available on backorder are shipped as soon as they arrive with us, and the delivery times above apply from then.

4. Returns and refunds

Rackets can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused, with tags and handle wrap still on. All other items cannot be returned or refunded, except if they are wrong, damaged or faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

5. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Weights can vary slightly (usually ±10 g for rackets), and colours may look slightly different on your screen.

6. Accounts and discount codes

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Discount codes such as WELCOME10 are for one use per customer, cannot be combined with other codes and have no cash value.

7. Court Culture Marketplace

Registered members can list pre-owned gear for sale on the Marketplace.

Every listing is reviewed by Court Culture, usually within 24 hours. We may decline or remove any listing.
Sellers must own the item and describe its condition honestly, with at least 3 real photos.
When an item sells, Court Culture collects the payment, arranges collection from the seller and delivers to the buyer.
Court Culture charges a selling fee of 10% of the asking price. The seller receives the asking price minus this fee, paid 3 days after the buyer receives the item.
If a pre-owned racket is returned because it was not as described, the sale is cancelled and no payout is made. The item is returned to the seller.
